Are you a recent graduate with strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for working with data and information? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Department and support a variety of administrative, analytical, and communication activities.
This position is offered under the Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) Graduate Recruitment and Training Scheme and provides a structured opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience and develop professionally within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize product and commercial information.
- Support data entry, validation, and reporting activities.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate with internal departments to collect and verify information.
- Assist with the management and structuring of large amounts of product and commercial data.
- Support ongoing projects and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
β Recent university graduate with excellent academic record
β Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
β Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas and data handling)
β Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
β Ability to work accurately with large volumes of information
β Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
β Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
β Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions
Preferred Academic Qualifications

- Any other related discipline with a strong analytical component
Eligibility
