Whole Milk, Salt, Coagulant, Starter Culture. 48% fat in dry mass, 34,9% total fat. Store in the refrigerator at 2-8◦C. Once open, consume within 7 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. May contain naturally occurring calcium lactate crystals which are found in quality aged Cheddars.
