Ingredients

  • 230 gr. Marie or Petit-Ber biscuits cut into 4
  • 500 gr. Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream
  • 130 gr. cocoa
  • 130 gr. drinking chocolate
  • 130 gr. powdered sugar

Ingredients: For the frosting

  • 250 gr. powdered sugar
  • 50 gr. cocoa
  • 80 gr. cream cheese
  • 50 gr. unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare a long narrow baking tray with some plastic wrap, leaving plenty of the wrap to hang on all sides.
  2. In a bowl, pour the cream, cocoa, drinking chocolate, powdered sugar and mix with a whisk until our mixture thickens a little and the ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Add the cookies to the mixture and mix with a silicone spatula and press the mixture into the prepared baking tray. Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least four hours to cool.
  4. In the meantime, start making the frosting. Pour all the ingredients into a mixer and beat until the ingredients are combined. Transfer the frosting to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap until needed.
  5. Finally, turn the form upside down onto a long narrow plate, platter or cake board; remove the plastic wrap and spread the frosting on the cake. Decorate it according to how you want it to look. Cut into slices and serve.
