A nice and delicious pasta combination which, of course, can be made with the use of only one pot!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 400 g. chicken fillet cut into cubes
- 200 g. mixed sliced mushrooms
- 20 g. flour
- 300 ml of water
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 250 g. penne pasta
- 30 g. Charalambides Christis Vegetable Cream
- 2 glasses of fresh spinach leaves
- 30 g. grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon of truffle oil
- Salt, Pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pot and fry the onion and garlic for a few seconds. Add the chicken and fry together for 1 more minute.
- Add the flour, mix, and pour the water, broth, salt and pepper into the pot.
- Allow the mixture to boil vigorously. Pour the penne pasta and sour cream into the pot and cook over medium to high heat for 14 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the spinach, parmesan, and truffle oil. Serve immediately.
