Each package of Charalambides Christis Fresh Milk, represents the light that is reflected by the children’s work who painted it. In the framework of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program SYMMETOCHI, Children from primary schools all over Cyprus were inspired by the Paralympic spirit. They honoured the winners of life, our Paralympians. and they want to convey this to all of us, their own message of participation and pride. We thank them for participating, for sharing their inspiration with us, to kalitero tous…to kalitero mas! |
The competition ran during the 2019-2020 school season, among the students of Primary Education, with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
22 schools from all over Cyprus participated with remarkable participations, full of inspiration and sensitivity about the difficulties that athletes are called to overcome, as well as the equal rights and opportunities that everyone should have in sport. In sports, all people have the right to do it whether they have a movement disability or not, such as limited mobility or a visual impairment, because what matters the most in sports is every person to do their best.
According to the terms of the competition, 5 projects were awarded, 3 in the category 6-9 years & 2 in the category 10-12. In particular, the following students were awarded:
