Easy Pistachio Dessert!

Ingredients
- 1 package of Chrysi Zymi Puff Pastry for pies
- 4 spoons Butter (melted)
- 3 spoons of Sugar
- 500 g. Pistachios (roasted and crushed)
For the syrup
- 2 cups of Water
- 2 cups of Sugar
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Put the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan and place it on the fire.
- Stir well with a whisk and let it boil until it bubbles.
- Then, remove it from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Next, take the puff pastry sheets one by one and butter them with a brush.
- Sprinkle each with sugar and pistachios. Twist the pastry by lightly folding it along its length, creating a horn.
- Take them one by one and place them in a circle in a baking dish.
- When you finish the process, pour the remaining butter on top of the horns.
- Bake in a preheated oven, at 190 degrees, for 25-35 minutes, until the dessert is golden-brown.
- Finally, take the dish out of the oven and immediately pour the cold syrup over it.
