Cinnamon rolls with tahini!

Ingredients
- 1 packet of Chrysi Zymi Puff Pastry
- 250g. Tahini Chocolate
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Powdered sugar for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and lightly grease a non-stick muffin/cupcake pan. Set it aside.
- Take the first sheet of phyllo pastry and place it on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Then spread the chocolate tahini with a spoon. Continue with the next sheet of phyllo pastry.
- Divide the centre of the phyllo pastry into two strips using a knife. Then divide each of these into 4 strips. This way you will have 8 strips from the first sheet. Do the same with the second sheet of phyllo pastry, making a total of 16 strips.
- Take one strip at a time and roll up the dough to create a roll. Place them in the muffin/cupcake pan.
- Finally, bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown. Let the rolls cool before serving, and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
