Summer Popsicle with Watermelon and Charalambides Christis Halloumi

Ingredients
480 g watermelon (flesh)
4 slices Charalambides Christis Halloumi
Instructions
1. Blend the watermelon until it becomes juice
2. Cut the halloumi into thick slices and place one slice into each popsicle mould.
3. Pour the watermelon juice into the moulds, covering the halloumi, and freeze for 2–3 hours.
4. Enjoy!
