French Toast with Charalambides Christis galataki Chocolate Milk

Ingredients

·         4 thick slices of brioche bread

·         1 Charalambides Christis galataki chocolate milk

·         1 egg

·         1 tsp vanilla

·         1 tbsp butter

·         1 tbsp crushed biscuit

·         1 scoop vanilla ice cream

·         4 strawberries

·         1 tsp rainbow sprinkles

·         2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the galataki chocolate milk, egg, and vanilla, and whisk together.
  2. Dip the brioche slices into the mixture, coating both sides.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the butter.
  4. Once the butter melts, add the bread and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with the remaining slices.
  5. Serve on a plate, add the crushed biscuit in the centre of the brioche, and top with the ice cream.
  6. Garnish with strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and rainbow sprinkles
