Fantastic Popsicles with Chocolate Milk and Yoghurt

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons Charalambides Christis yoghurt, 0% fat
- 200 ml Charalambides Christis chocolate milk
- 4 Medjool dates
- 340 g couverture chocolate
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and chocolate milk until smooth.
- In a mould for 4 popsicles, place the dates cut in half and pitted.
- Insert the sticks and fill the moulds with the mixture.
- Freeze for 3 hours.
- Melt the couverture chocolate in a bain-marie and pour it into a glass.
- Remove the popsicles from the moulds, dip them in the chocolate, then sprinkle with sprinkles.
