Ingredients

  • 4 glasses Charalambides Christis Fresh, Skimmed Milk, 0% Fat
  • 5 tablespoons cornflour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla paste or pure vanilla extract
  • 1 small glass of Karolina rice
  • 2 cups water (to boil the rice)
  • A bit of salt
  • Cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. First, boil the rice with a little bit of salt and 2 cups of water, until it is completely soft.
  2. Dissolve the cornflour with the milk, add the vanilla extract and sugar and then mix it all with the rice.
  3. Keep it on medium heat and stir constantly, wait until the mixture is thick enough, but not too much because we don't want it to be too thick.
  4. Share it in small glasses and as soon as it cools down a bit, sprinkle it with as much cinnamon as desired.
  5. Keep it in the fridge until served!
