Ingredients
- 4 glasses Charalambides Christis Fresh, Skimmed Milk, 0% Fat
- 5 tablespoons cornflour
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla paste or pure vanilla extract
- 1 small glass of Karolina rice
- 2 cups water (to boil the rice)
- A bit of salt
- Cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- First, boil the rice with a little bit of salt and 2 cups of water, until it is completely soft.
- Dissolve the cornflour with the milk, add the vanilla extract and sugar and then mix it all with the rice.
- Keep it on medium heat and stir constantly, wait until the mixture is thick enough, but not too much because we don't want it to be too thick.
- Share it in small glasses and as soon as it cools down a bit, sprinkle it with as much cinnamon as desired.
- Keep it in the fridge until served!
