Delicious Chocolate Yoghurt Cake!

Ingredients
- 260g. all-purpose Flour
- 80g. cocoa
- 300g. Sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 280g. Straggato Yoghurt 2% fat low-fat Charalambides Christis
- 180 ml sunflower oil
- 120 ml orange juice
- 2 eggs
For the glaze
- 280g. chocolate couverture
- 190g. unsalted butter
- 220g. Straggato Yoghurt 2% low fat Charalambides Christis
- 4 spoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 200g. powdered sugar
Instructions
For the cake
- In a mixer bowl, whisk together all the ingredients, first on low speed and then on higher speed until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Take a non-stick springform cake pan with a removable bottom and grease it with a little butter.
- Then pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- When it's ready, let it cool and then unmold it carefully.
For the glaze
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie, stirring constantly.
- Let the chocolate cool for 10 minutes.
- Then in a large bowl, add the melted chocolate and mix with the rest of the ingredients, beating well with a whisk.
- Finally, use a spatula to spread the glaze over the cake and serve.
Tip: It’s better to transfer the cake to the refrigerator for 40 minutes before serving.
