Dubai Popsicle with Straggato Yoghurt 0% Fat Free Charalambides Christis and Chrysi Zymi Kataifi.

Ingredients

  • 150 g. Chrysi Zymi Kataifi
  • 100 g. Pistachio cream
  • 3 tbsp Straggato Yoghurt 0% Fat-Free Charalambides Christis
  • 200 g. of dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Break the kataifi dough into small pieces and place them in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the kataifi turns golden brown.
  3. Transfer the toasted kataifi to a bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Add the pistachio cream and yoghurt to the bowl, and mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate saucepan, melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil over medium heat.
  6. Pour 1 ½ tablespoons of the melted chocolate into each ice cream mold, ensuring the bottom is evenly coated.
  7. Place the molds in the freezer for 20 minutes for the chocolate to set.
  8. After 20 minutes, fill each mold ¾ full with the yoghurt mixture. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold, then cover the mixture with the remaining melted chocolate.
  9. Smooth the tops with a spatula or spoon, and return the molds to the freezer for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until fully set.
  10. Once set, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
