Dubai Popsicle with Straggato Yoghurt 0% Fat Free Charalambides Christis and Chrysi Zymi Kataifi.

Ingredients
- 150 g. Chrysi Zymi Kataifi
- 100 g. Pistachio cream
- 3 tbsp Straggato Yoghurt 0% Fat-Free Charalambides Christis
- 200 g. of dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Break the kataifi dough into small pieces and place them in a pan over medium heat.
- Stir until the kataifi turns golden brown.
- Transfer the toasted kataifi to a bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
- Add the pistachio cream and yoghurt to the bowl, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil over medium heat.
- Pour 1 ½ tablespoons of the melted chocolate into each ice cream mold, ensuring the bottom is evenly coated.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 20 minutes for the chocolate to set.
- After 20 minutes, fill each mold ¾ full with the yoghurt mixture. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold, then cover the mixture with the remaining melted chocolate.
- Smooth the tops with a spatula or spoon, and return the molds to the freezer for an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until fully set.
- Once set, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
