Ingredients

  • 350g – 450g Straggato Yoghurt 0% Fat Free, Charalambides Christis
  • 3-4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 100g Dehydrated Onion Flakes (minced dried onions), or fried yellow onion that was finley chopped and fried at low temp until caramelised.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Thin Scallion, green part only, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp  Fine Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground White Pepper
  • 2 Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced in rounds
  • 3 tbsp EVOO, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes in a bowl and drizzle the oil all over them. Place in the basket of an air-fryer and fry for 20’ at 200°C and until golden brown. Remove from the air-fryer and keep aside.
  2. In the meantime take another bowl and add the Yoghurt along with the mayonnaise, onion flakes, garlic paste and Worcestershire sauce. Season with the salt and pepper and mix well. Place in a clean serving bowl, garnish with the scallions and serve with the fried potatoes. You can also serve with crackers, peppers, celery, cauliflower, broccoli
