High-Protein Doukissa (Chocolate Biscuit Cake)

Ingredients
3 bananas
400 g high protein Charalambides Christis Straggato yoghurt
500 g dark chocolate
400 g petit-beurre type biscuits
Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and let it cool for 3 minutes.
2. Blend the bananas until smooth, add them to the chocolate, and mix well.
3. Add the yoghurt and mix again.
4. Break the biscuits into pieces, add them to the mixture, and stir to combine.
5. Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and gently shape it into a log.
6. Refrigerate for about 25 minutes.
7. Remove the parchment, sprinkle with crushed biscuits to coat the outside.
8. Slice and enjoy!
