High Protein Oven-Baked Pancakes with Almond Milk and Yoghurt

Ingredients

Per serving:

  • 1 egg
  • 50 g Charalambides Christis yoghurt
  • 70 g DELTA almond milk + 15 g for finishing
  • 35 g all-purpose flour
  • 25 g protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Seasonal fruits

Instructions

  1. In a small cake mould, crack and beat the egg.
  2. Add the yoghurt, protein powder, almond milk, flour, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the honey and fruits, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
  4. Poke the cake with a toothpick and pour the remaining almond milk over it.
  5. Finally, enjoy the delicious pancakes!
