High Protein Oven-Baked Pancakes with Almond Milk and Yoghurt

Ingredients
Per serving:
- 1 egg
- 50 g Charalambides Christis yoghurt
- 70 g DELTA almond milk + 15 g for finishing
- 35 g all-purpose flour
- 25 g protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Seasonal fruits
Instructions
- In a small cake mould, crack and beat the egg.
- Add the yoghurt, protein powder, almond milk, flour, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
- Add the honey and fruits, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
- Poke the cake with a toothpick and pour the remaining almond milk over it.
- Finally, enjoy the delicious pancakes!
