Monkey Bread with Pistachio and Berries with Straggato Yoghurt 0% Fat Free Charalambides Christis

Ingredients

1/2 cup self-raising flour

4 tbsp Straggato yoghurt 0% Fat Free Charalambides Christis

1 heaping tbsp coconut sugar

1 heaping tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp pistachio spread

Fresh berries
Instructions
In a bowl, add the flour and yoghurt, and knead until you get a soft dough.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Cut the dough into 6–7 equal pieces and shape them into balls.
In a small bowl, mix the coconut sugar with the cinnamon. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated, then place them in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes.
Drizzle with pistachio spread, garnish with fresh berries, and enjoy!
