Delicious Pumpkin soup with Charalambides Christis Fresh Milk.

Ingredients
- 800g pumpkin
- Charalambides Christis Fresh Milk Light, 1,5%, 1 ltr.
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 slices bacon
- 100 g. Straggato Yoghurt (2% fat) Charalambides Christis
- 2 tsps. chives
- Breadsticks to serve
Instructions
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes of equal size.
- Add the pumpkin into a pot with the milk, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
- Boil over medium heat for 30 minutes or until pumpkin is tender.
- Remove the bay leaf and beat in a blender at high speed, until the ingredients are mashed.
- Fry the bacon in a non-stick frying pan until crispy. Finely chop and keep it for serving on top of the soup.
- In a small bowl, mix the yoghurt with the chives.
- Serve the soup in a bowl, add the crispy bacon on top, and finally the yoghurt.
- Garnish with breadsticks of your choice.
