Yoghurt Mousse | Charalambides Christis

A light, tasty and refreshing dessert made with Straggato Yoghurt Light Charalambides Christis and one of the most favourite seasonal fruit, apricots.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 500 g. seedless apricots
  • 1 kg Straggato Yoghurt Light Charalambides Christis
  • 250 g. sugar
  • 250 ml boiled water
  • 2 sachets of gelatin

Instructions

  1. In a blender, put the fruit and sugar together with the Straggato Yoghurt Light Charalambides Christis.
  2. Put the boiled water in a cup and dissolve the gelatin inside.
  3. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the blender and beat for 1 minute or until the mixture becomes like a pulp.
  4. Put the mixture in the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to chill.
  5. Serve the mousse with fresh apricots.
