A light, tasty and refreshing dessert made with Straggato Yoghurt Light Charalambides Christis and one of the most favourite seasonal fruit, apricots.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
- 500 g. seedless apricots
- 1 kg Straggato Yoghurt Light Charalambides Christis
- 250 g. sugar
- 250 ml boiled water
- 2 sachets of gelatin
Instructions
- In a blender, put the fruit and sugar together with the Straggato Yoghurt Light Charalambides Christis.
- Put the boiled water in a cup and dissolve the gelatin inside.
- Pour the dissolved gelatin into the blender and beat for 1 minute or until the mixture becomes like a pulp.
- Put the mixture in the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to chill.
- Serve the mousse with fresh apricots.
