Brownies with Charalambides Christis Chocolate Milk
Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• ½ tsp baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup sunflower oil
• 250 ml galataki Chocolate Milk Charalambides Christis
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan) and line a square baking pan (about 20×20 cm) with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, sunflower oil, vanilla, and Charalambides Christis Chocolate Milk until well combined.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, gently folding with a spatula until you have a thick, smooth batter.
5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, depending on your oven. The centre should remain slightly moist.
7. Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares.
Tip: For an even richer chocolate flavour, serve with extra chocolate glaze or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
