Delicious Brownies with Straggato Yoghurt Charalambides Christis!

  • 350g couverture
  • 120 g Unsalted butter
  • 60 g Strained yogurt Charalambides Christis (2% fat)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla
  • 200 g flour for all uses
  • 150 g walnut kernels
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional)


  1. With a sharp knife, cut the couverture and the butter into pieces. Melt them together in a baking pan, stirring with a spatula.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the yogurt and mix well.
  3. In the mixer with the whisk, beat the eggs together with the sugar and vanilla until they are very fluffy.
  4. Then add the chocolate-butter mixture and mix gently with a spatula, making circular motions.
  5. Then slowly add the flour and the walnut kernels, continuing to mix with the spatula.
  6. In a square form, 22 x 22 cm, put non-stick paper and put the brownie mixture.
  7. Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The brownie should come out soft enough on the inside and almost moist.
  8. Leave to cool, unmold it and serve with a little icing sugar.
