- 2 loaves of Italian Ciabatta bread (cut in half)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large traditional sausages
- 4 tablespoons of grated tomato
- 10 tomatoes (cut in half)
- ½ a cup of Charalambides Christis Kefalotyri (grated)
- 1 Pissourkotiko Traditional Halloumi Charalambides Christis
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Plenty of chopped mint
