Homemade chicken wings with honey and chili.. Secret ingredient of absolute success? Our own margarine.

Ingredients
For the chicken wings
- 150 g. Charalambides Christis, margarine Original (melted)
- 1 kilo of chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (powder)
- 50 ml Sunflower oil
- Salt & Pepper
For the glaze
- 100 g. Charalambides Christis, margarine Original (melted)
- 150 g. Honey
- 80 g. Chili sauce
- 50 g. Soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
For the chicken wings
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover with cling film and leave the mixture in the fridge for 1 day.
- The next day, take the wings out of the fridge and transfer them to a baking tray, pouring the marinade on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Then take them out and let them cool down for a bit.
- Then take the wings and transfer them to a clean baking tray, setting it aside.
For the glaze
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat them at high speed for 5 minutes.
- When the mixture is ready, pour it over all the chicken wings and spread it well using a basting brush.
- Finally, bake for another 20 minutes in the oven and serve.
