Chilled Yoghurt Cheesecake!

Ingredients
For the base:
- 1 package of Digestive biscuits (crushed)
- 125 g. butter (melted)
For the custard:
- 400 g. Straggato Fruta Yoghurt with Strawberry, Charambides Christis
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 500 g. Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream 35% fat (for the whipped cream)
- 1 Vanilla Sachet
Instructions
For the base:
- Crush the biscuits until crumbs remain and put them in a bowl with the butter. Mix well until the crumbs are completely coated.
- Then spread the biscuit mixture with your hands in a 24-inch baking tin with a removable base.
For the filling:
- Add the whipped cream and the remaining ingredients to a mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
- Pour and spread the cheesecake filling onto the biscuit crust, using a spatula and place the cake in the refrigerator to chill.
- When it is well chilled, garnish with strawberries or jam and serve.
