Chocolate Milk Rice Pudding with galataki
Ingredients
1. Boil the rice with the water until soft and fully absorbed.
2. Add 700 g of the chocolate milk and the sugar, and stir well.
3. In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining milk and add it to the pot.
4. Add the egg yolks and cook until the mixture thickens.
5. Remove from heat, add the vanilla and margarine, mix well, and divide the pudding into 4 bowls.
6. Place the bowls in a deep baking tray and add water to the tray until it reaches about 2 fingers high.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the surface is caramelized.
8. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and garnish with berries.

• 150 g glutinous rice (glacé rice)
• 750 g hot water
• 1 liter galataki Chocolate Milk Charalambides Christis
• 100 g sugar
• 70 g cornstarch
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 packet vanilla powder
• 50 g Charalambides Christis margarine Original
For serving:
• Cocoa powder
• Berries
