Ingredients
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/3 cup of Cocoa
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/3 Charalambides Christis Fresh Milk Full Fat, 3% Fat
- 1 ½ cup Charalambides Christis Fresh Milk Light, 1,5% Fat
- 1 cup of Straggato Yoghurt 0% Fat Free Charalambides Christis
- 1/4 cup of Cornflour
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of Charalambides Christis milk 1.5% fat in a saucepan.
- Add 1 cup of brown sugar, cocoa, and salt.
- Mix with a balloon whisk.
- In a clean bowl, add 1/3 of a litre Charalambides Christis milk 3% fat together with 1 glass of cornflour and mix.
- Transfer the milk and cornflour from the bowl into the saucepan and stir until the mixture sets.
- In a clean bowl, put 1 cup of Straggato Yoghurt 0% fat.
- Pour the mixture that is in the saucepan into the bowl with the yoghurt and mix with a spatula until the mixture is incorporated.
- Transfer the final mixture to small bowls and refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled. Serve and Enjoy!
