Chocolate Rice Pudding with galataki Chocolate Milk Charalambides Christis

Ingredients
• 500 ml galataki Chocolate Milk Charalambides Christis
• 500 ml Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream with 35% fat
• 200 g short-grain (glacé) rice
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• Orange zest
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, add the chocolate milk, cream, and sugar. Whisk gently over medium heat.
2. Once it comes to a boil, add the rice.
3. Simmer for 25–30 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens and the rice is tender.
4. Stir in the cocoa powder and add the orange zest for aroma.
5. Serve warm or chilled. For extra flavour and texture, top with crushed meringue if desired.
