Easy and delicious recipe for Kataifi!

Ingredients
Materials:
- 500g. Chrysi Zymi Kataifi
- 300g. Pistachio (coarsely ground)
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Clove (powder)
- 300g. Country Life Butter (melted)
- A few chopped pistachios for garnish
For the syrup
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2½ cups Water
- ½ Lemon (its juice)
- 1 Lemon peel
Instructions
- Put the pistachio with the cinnamon and the clove in a bowl. Stir.
- Take the kadaifi leaf and fluff it with your fingers.
- In a fireproof dish add half the amount of kadaifi leaf and sprinkle it well with the melted butter.
- Then add the pistachio mixture to the entire surface.
- Continue with the rest of the kadaifi leaf and the rest of the butter. Press it with your hands and carve it with a knife.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees on the heating elements for about 1 hour and 10 minutes until well browned.
- In a saucepan put all the ingredients together for the syrup and put them on the fire.
- Once it starts to bubble in the next 4 minutes turn off the heat.
- Finally, pour the hot syrup into the hot kadaifi and let it absorb well before serving.
