Healthy Beetroot Salad with Yoghurt Dressing!

Ingredients
- 500g. Baby Spinach
- 250g. Chickpeas (boiled)
- 2 Beetroot (Boiled and cut into cubes)
- 10 cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters)
- 3 tablespoons of corn
- Avocado (thinly sliced)
- Some sunflower seeds
For the dressing
- 200g. Straggato Yoghurt 2% Low Fat Charalambides Christis
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad. Mix them and set them aside.
- In another bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad dressing. Whisk to mix well.
- Finally, add the dressing to the salad bowl. Mix well and serve.
