Hot custard cream with crushed gingerbread cookies!

Ingredients
For the cream:
- Charalambides Christis Fresh Milk Full Fat, 3%, 1 ltr.
- 250g sugar
- 4 medium-sized eggs
- 60 g. corn flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. butter
For the garnish:

Crushed gingerbread cookies
Instructions
- Add the milk, sugar, and vanilla in a pot and boil over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and corn flour.
- Just before the milk reaches boiling temperature, remove from heat and slowly add it to the egg mixture while whisking.
- After adding half of the milk to the eggs, transfer the whole mixture back to the pot and boil over medium heat.
- Boil the cream and continue whisking at the same time until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat, add the butter, mix, and serve in bowls.
- Garnish with crushed gingerbread cookies and enjoy your custard cream hot or cold.
