Mini Cannoli Bites with Charalambides Christis Anari and Cream
Ingredients
25 pieces rigatoni pasta
280 g Charalambides Christis Fresh Anari
100 g Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream (of your choice)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Oil for frying
For garnish:
Powdered sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the anari, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and cut a small tip at the end.
Boil the pasta for 8 minutes, then place it on absorbent paper for about 7 minutes.
Fry the pasta in hot oil until golden brown.
Let them cool for 5 minutes, then fill each piece with the cream mixture, allowing a little to come out of the ends.
Dip both ends of the cannoli bites into the mini chocolate chips, pressing lightly so they stick.
Serve and dust with powdered sugar.
