Molten chocolate cake!

Ingredients

  • 200 g. Couverture chocolate (cut into pieces)
  • 200 g. Charalambides Christis margarine original
  • 265 g. Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Vanilla sachet
  • 1 full spoon of all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Butter a round baking tray, 20 to 22 cm in diameter. Butter a baking sheet as well, and then set it aside.
  2. Put the couverture in a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie, stirring constantly.
  3. When the couverture starts to melt, add the margarine and mix until both are completely melted.
  4. Add the sugar and mix well. Set the bowl aside to cool slightly.
  5. Add the eggs one by one and keep mixing well.
  6. Add the vanilla and the flour. Stir well until you have a smooth mixture.
  7. Finally, pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven, at 190 degrees, on the fan setting for 25-30 minutes.
