Ingredients
- 200 g. Couverture chocolate (cut into pieces)
- 200 g. Charalambides Christis margarine original
- 265 g. Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Vanilla sachet
- 1 full spoon of all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Butter a round baking tray, 20 to 22 cm in diameter. Butter a baking sheet as well, and then set it aside.
- Put the couverture in a bowl and melt it in a bain-marie, stirring constantly.
- When the couverture starts to melt, add the margarine and mix until both are completely melted.
- Add the sugar and mix well. Set the bowl aside to cool slightly.
- Add the eggs one by one and keep mixing well.
- Add the vanilla and the flour. Stir well until you have a smooth mixture.
- Finally, pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven, at 190 degrees, on the fan setting for 25-30 minutes.
