Delicious pancakes with banana and honey!

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 50 g. brown sugar
- 250 g. Flour
- 20 g. Baking powder
- 185 ml Charalambides Christis, Fresh Milk Full Fat, 3% Fat
- 60 g. Charalambides Christis, Margarine Original (melted)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
For the garnish
- Some powdered sugar
- A little honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the flour and baking powder. Stir well until combined.
- Gradually add the milk and margarine and mix until just combined and the batter is formed.
- Add the cinnamon and salt, and stir well.
- Then, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pour in 2 tablespoons of the batter.
- Cook well on both sides until they get a golden colour.
- Continue with the rest of the batter.
- When the pancakes are ready, stack them on a plate on top of each other and drizzle with a little honey and some powdered sugar.
