Delicious pancakes with galataki chocolate milk Charalambides Christis!

Ingredients
- 180 g. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 140 g. Straggato yoghurt (2% fat) Charalambides Christis
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 180 ml Galataki chocolate milk Charalambides Christis
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- A little olive oil or coconut oil for the pan
Instructions
- Combine the solid ingredients in a bowl and mix them (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt).
- Put the eggs in another bowl, beat a little and then add the rest of the ingredients and continue beating with a whisk until the mixture is well combined.
- Then, add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix for a while, just enough to combine.
- Heat a non-stick griddle or pan over medium heat and brush or spray olive oil or coconut oil onto the hot griddle or pan.
- Put 3-4 spoons of the mixture in the pan (depending on the size you want) and as soon as bubbles form on the surface, turn the pancakes with a spatula.
- Transfer the pancakes onto a plate and add any topping you want (chocolate spread, maple syrup, honey, etc.)
