Delicious pancakes with galataki chocolate milk Charalambides Christis!

Ingredients

  • 180 g. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 140 g. Straggato yoghurt (2% fat) Charalambides Christis
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 180 ml Galataki chocolate milk Charalambides Christis
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • A little olive oil or coconut oil for the pan

Instructions

  1. Combine the solid ingredients in a bowl and mix them (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt).
  2. Put the eggs in another bowl, beat a little and then add the rest of the ingredients and continue beating with a whisk until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Then, add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix for a while, just enough to combine.
  4. Heat a non-stick griddle or pan over medium heat and brush or spray olive oil or coconut oil onto the hot griddle or pan.
  5. Put 3-4 spoons of the mixture in the pan (depending on the size you want) and as soon as bubbles form on the surface, turn the pancakes with a spatula.
  6. Transfer the pancakes onto a plate and add any topping you want (chocolate spread, maple syrup, honey, etc.)
