Porridge with Galataki & Honey | Charalambides Christis

Healthy Bowl with oats, honey, nuts, banana & delicious galataki chocolate milk no added sugar. Try a healthier twist in your breakfast and make your day!

  1. 100g Oats
  2. 200ml Water
  3. 250ml galataki chocolate milk no added sugar

To serve:

  1. Honey
  2. Banana cut into slices
  3. Walnuts
  4. Cinnamon


  1. In a pot add all the ingredients and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring frequently but slowly, until porridge is well thickened but still flows slightly, about 15 minutes.
  2. If oats are still too firm to your taste, stir in additional milk and continue cooking, until desired texture of oats is reached.
  3. Serve the porridge in warmed bowls banana, honey, cinnamon and walnuts.
