The most crispy potatoes with Charalambides Christis margarine you've ever tasted!

Ingredients
- 1 kg Baby potatoes (cut in half, with the skin)
- 100 g. Charalambides Christis NISTISIMI Margarine
- 2 spoons Cumin
- 1 teaspoon dry coriander
- 1 pinch of Bukovo (crushed red pepper)
- 1 clove of Garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 fresh onions (chopped)
- 2 sprigs of Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a pot with plenty of salted water for 25 minutes and then drain them well.
- Next, in a non-stick pan and over medium heat, add the margarine and saute the potatoes.
- Turn up the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Finally, serve the potatoes with chopped spring onion for more flavour.
Tip: These potatoes are an ideal side dish for grilled meats and fish.
