Ingredients

  • 1 kg Baby potatoes (cut in half, with the skin)
  • 100 g. Charalambides Christis NISTISIMI Margarine
  • 2 spoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dry coriander
  • 1 pinch of Bukovo (crushed red pepper)
  • 1 clove of Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 fresh onions (chopped)
  • 2 sprigs of Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a pot with plenty of salted water for 25 minutes and then drain them well.
  2. Next, in a non-stick pan and over medium heat, add the margarine and saute the potatoes.
  3. Turn up the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Finally, serve the potatoes with chopped spring onion for more flavour.
Tip: These potatoes are an ideal side dish for grilled meats and fish.
