Delicious Banoffee with yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Lotus-type biscuits (crushed)
  • 100 g. Butter (melted)
  • 200 g. Caramel sauce
  • 4 ripe Bananas (sliced)
  • 450 g. Straggato Yoghurt Authentic (10% Fat) Charalambides Christis
  • 400 g. Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon liquid Vanilla
  • 3 spoons Powdered Sugar
  • 100 ml Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream with 35% fat
  • 400 g. Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Put the biscuits in a bowl with the melted butter and mix well, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
  2. Pour the butter-coated biscuit mix into round tart molds and press them down firmly with a spoon to spread it over the entire surface to form an even layer.
  3. Then, with a spoon, spread the caramel sauce in the centre of the pan.
  4. Place the banana slices evenly around on top of the caramel layer and transfer the molds to the refrigerator.
  5. In the bowl of the mixer, pour the rest of the ingredients (except the whipped cream) and beat them with the wire until it becomes a thick cream.
  6. Transfer the cream to a pastry bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove everything you have placed in the fridge and start setting up your dessert.
  8. Start with the yoghurt cream, placing it on the surface of each tart mold.
  9. Finally, add the whipped cream, after first placing it in a pastry bag with a star tip and then serve.
