Delicious Banoffee with yoghurt.

Ingredients
- 2 packages of Lotus-type biscuits (crushed)
- 100 g. Butter (melted)
- 200 g. Caramel sauce
- 4 ripe Bananas (sliced)
- 450 g. Straggato Yoghurt Authentic (10% Fat) Charalambides Christis
- 400 g. Mascarpone cheese
- 1 teaspoon liquid Vanilla
- 3 spoons Powdered Sugar
- 100 ml Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream with 35% fat
- 400 g. Whipped cream
Instructions
- Put the biscuits in a bowl with the melted butter and mix well, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
- Pour the butter-coated biscuit mix into round tart molds and press them down firmly with a spoon to spread it over the entire surface to form an even layer.
- Then, with a spoon, spread the caramel sauce in the centre of the pan.
- Place the banana slices evenly around on top of the caramel layer and transfer the molds to the refrigerator.
- In the bowl of the mixer, pour the rest of the ingredients (except the whipped cream) and beat them with the wire until it becomes a thick cream.
- Transfer the cream to a pastry bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove everything you have placed in the fridge and start setting up your dessert.
- Start with the yoghurt cream, placing it on the surface of each tart mold.
- Finally, add the whipped cream, after first placing it in a pastry bag with a star tip and then serve.
