Ingredients
- 600 g. Cream cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 100 g. Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of liquid Vanilla extract
- 300 g Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream with 35% fat
- 100 g. Straggato Yoghurt Authentic (10% Fat) Charalambides Christis
- 30 g. All-purpose flour
- 200 g. Forest fruit for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixer bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar. Beat them with a wire whisk attachment until the mixture is fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, add the vanilla extract and continue to beat.
- Add the cream and yoghurt to the mixture, continuing to mix until well combined.
- Add the flour and mix at low speed until just incorporated.
- Remove the bowl from the mixer. Using a spatula, gently mix to ensure no cream cheese is left on the sides of the bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry form (approximately 22-23 cm in diameter) after placing baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- When it is ready, let it cool for half an hour.
- Serve with forest fruit, powdered sugar or caramel syrup on top.
