Ingredients
- 200 g. Couverture (chopped)
- 300 g. Straggato Yogurt Authentic (10% fat) Charalambides Christis
- 100 g. galataki Charalambides Christis
- 60 g. Honey
- 1 Lemon (its zest)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk together with the honey and the lemon zest. Throw them in the couverture, stirring with a spatula in a circular motion in the center, so that the chocolate melts and acquires a nice texture.
- When it is ready, remove from the heat and add the yogurt, continuing to stir.
- Fill individual jars and garnish with white chocolate zest.
