It is without a doubt, a mousse that everybody will enjoy! It is a light and tasty dessert that can be made either in a big bowl or in 6 separate cups.

Ingredients
- 500 ml Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream
- 600 g. Straggato Yogurt Authentic Charalambides Christis
- 300 g. of sugar
- 600 ml of fresh orange juice
- 2 sachets of gelatin (20 gr.) dissolved in 150 g. boiled water
- 40 g. finely chopped pistachio nuts (pistachios)
- Orange slices for decoration
Instructions
- Pour the dairy cream into the mixer bowl. Beat on high speed for 3-4 minutes, until it is fluffy and whipped.
- Pour the Straggato Yoghurt Authentic Charalambides Christis in the mixer bowl with a whisk until it is well mixed with the Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream.
- In a bowl, add the sugar, orange juice and the dissolved gelatin. Mix well to dissolve the sugar.
- Transfer the mixture into the bowl with the cream and the yoghurt. Stir until it is smooth enough.
- Transfer the cream into a bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours to chill and stiffen.
- To serve, sprinkle on the surface of the cream the finely chopped pistachios and a few slices of orange for decoration.
