Delicious Yogurt Cheesecake!

Ingredients

For the base

  • 250 g. Cookies, digestive type (crushed)
  • 150 g. Butter (melted)

For the cream

  1. 300 g. Cream cheese
  2. 450 g. Straggato Yoghurt, Authentic (10% fat) Charalambides Christis
  3. 100 ml  Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream with 35% fat
  4. A little lemon zest
  5. 1 cup of powdered sugar
  6. Sweet cherry spoon for garnish

Instructions

For the base

  1.  Place the cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 pretty glasses and press down slightly to create a base. You leave them aside.

For the cream

  1. In the bowl of the mixer, pour all the ingredients of the cream and beat them with the wire until it becomes a thick cream.
  2. Then transfer it to a pastry bag and place it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Then you take the pastry bag with the cream. Cut off the tip of the bag and fill the glasses with the cream.
  4. Place them in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
  5. Finally, serve the yogurt cheesecake garnished with the sweet cherry and 1-2 mint leaves.
