Ingredients
For the base
- 250 g. Cookies, digestive type (crushed)
- 150 g. Butter (melted)
For the cream
- 300 g. Cream cheese
- 450 g. Straggato Yoghurt, Authentic (10% fat) Charalambides Christis
- 100 ml Charalambides Christis Dairy Cream with 35% fat
- A little lemon zest
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- Sweet cherry spoon for garnish
Instructions
For the base
- Place the cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon.
- Divide the mixture into 6 pretty glasses and press down slightly to create a base. You leave them aside.
For the cream
- In the bowl of the mixer, pour all the ingredients of the cream and beat them with the wire until it becomes a thick cream.
- Then transfer it to a pastry bag and place it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Then you take the pastry bag with the cream. Cut off the tip of the bag and fill the glasses with the cream.
- Place them in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
- Finally, serve the yogurt cheesecake garnished with the sweet cherry and 1-2 mint leaves.
