Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 110 ml Charalambides Christis Fresh Milk Full 3%, Fat
- 200g. All purpose flour
- 10 g. Baking Powder
- 110 g. Charalambides Christis Feta
- ½ cup fresh peppermint
- Salt and Pepper
- Sesame for garnish
Instructions
- In the mixer, beat the eggs with the olive oil until foamy.
- Add the milk, then the flour with the baking powder, salt, pepper and continue mixing for 6 minutes.
- Stop the mixer and remove the bowl. Add feta and mix well with a spatula.
- Transfer the mixture to a buttered and floured rectangular pan. Smooth the surface well with a spoon.
