Feta Charalambides Christis Saganaki with Honey and Sesame!

Ingredients
- 400g Charalambides Christis Feta
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 300 gr. Sesame seeds
- Olive oil for frying
- Honey for serving
Instructions
- Cut the two pieces of feta in half and roll them into the flour for the cheese liquid to be absorbed.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well. Next, dip the pieces of feta one by one and roll each piece into the sesame seeds.
- Place the saganaki (fried cheese) in a pan with baking paper and put them in the freezer for 40 minutes.
- Then, fry them in olive oil over medium to high heat for a few minutes until the crust is nicely coloured on all sides.
- Finally, serve the feta saganaki (fried feta) with a drizzle of honey on top.
