Today's recipe, chicken orzo!

Ingredients
- 1 spoon of Olive oil
- 2 chicken fillets (cut into cubes)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 500 g. Orzo (Boiled)
- ½ cup of White Wine
- 1 litre Chicken Broth (hot)
- ½ cup Charalambides Christis Kefalotyri (grated)
- 120 g. Charalambides Christis margarine Original
- Little fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Heat a deep frying pan over high heat. Add the olive oil and sauté the chicken until well browned. Then, using a pair of tongs, remove the chicken to absorbent paper.
- Add the onion to the pan and continue sautéing.
- Return the chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the wine and let it cook well.
- Pour in the cooked orzo and mix well until it comes to a boil.
- Add the broth and let the food set.
- Finally, add the Charalambides Christis margarine, kefalotyri and parsley. Stir and serve hot, with a glass of chilled white wine.
