Charlambides Christis Kefalotyri Mature

Kefalotyri is one of the traditional goat and sheep milk cheeses. It has a spicy taste with a pleasant aroma. It is eaten plain but is pleasantly accompanied with wine or ouzo. There are also many recipes for cooking with Kefalotiri.
