Charalambides Christis Mature Kefalotyri

Kefalotyri is one of the traditional cheeses made from goat’s and sheep’s milk. It has a sharp flavour with a pleasant aroma. It can be eaten on its own and also pairs well with wine or ouzo. It is also used in many cooking recipes.

Ingredients

Pasteurised blend of milk (sheep & goat), salt, lactic culture, non-animal rennet.
