Crustless Savoury Yoghurt Pie with Straggato Yoghurt Light (5% Fat) Charalambides Christis,  Charalambides Christis Fresh Μilk Organic Goat 1,5% Fat, Charalambides Christis Feta (crushed) and Charalambides Christis 4 Grated Cheeses

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g Straggato Yoghurt Light (5% Fat) Charalambides Christis
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup Charalambides Christis Fresh Μilk Organic Goat 1,5% Fat
  • 1½ cups self-raising flour
  • 200 g. Charalambides Christis Feta (crushed)
  • 100 γρ. Charalambides Christis 4 Grated Cheeses
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, yoghurt, milk, and olive oil until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the crumbled feta, grated cheese blend, mint, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix gently to combine.

Gradually add the flour and baking powder, stirring until a thick, pourable batter forms.

Grease a medium-sized baking dish (about 25x30 cm / 10x12 inches) and pour in the mixture, spreading it evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F), using conventional heat (top and bottom), for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Allow to cool slightly before slicing into squares. Enjoy warm or at room temperature. This pie makes a perfect addition to buffets, brunch tables, lunchboxes, or as a quick snack paired with a glass of wine or beer.
