Stuffed Tomatoes with Bulgur, with Charalambides Christis Feta and Kefalotyri!

Ingredients
- 8 large Tomatoes (cut for stuffing)
- 1 can of Tomatoes (grated)
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (mashed)
- 200 g. Bulgur
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch of Sugar
- ½ fresh Mint (finely chopped)
- 225 g. Charalambides Christis Kefalotyri (grated)
- 100 g. Charalambides Christis Feta (crumbled)
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- In a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the bulgur and stir.
- Add the grated tomato, salt, pepper, paprika, sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the food from the heat and add the feta cheese, mint and mix well. Then, add some of the filling in each tomato using a spoon and add the grated kefalotyri on top.
- Finally, bake the tomatoes in the preheated oven on the heating elements, on the middle grill, for 15 minutes.
